Virginie Siméon-Gurdner

Virginie Siméon-Gurdner (Martins) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and human resources. As a co-founder of Dispo.work since June 2021, Virginie has developed SAAS software for managing external service providers. Additionally, Virginie co-founded Ability Shared in September 2017, focusing on enhancing development and HR skills within organizations. Prior to these roles, Virginie founded ATISKA, a consulting firm specializing in coaching, training, and vocational guidance, and served as an HR Business Partner at both NORTEL and Lotus/IBM. Virginie holds multiple certifications, including a Professional Coach Certification from Agophore and practitioner certifications in Neuroscience and behavior.
