Marie Sermadiras

Marie Sermadiras is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the luxury packaging and beauty industries. Currently serving as CEO of Cosfibel Group since May 2021, Marie has led the company through significant growth, specializing in luxury secondary packaging across 13 countries. Additionally, Marie holds several board positions, including with Abilways and HEC Alumni, while actively investing in innovative startups as a business angel. Previous roles include Global Chief Digital Officer for L'Oréal’s Active Cosmetics Division, where Marie significantly enhanced e-commerce revenue and digital strategy globally. As a co-founder of Treatwell, Marie played a pivotal role in establishing the European leader in online beauty appointments. Marie is an alumnus of HEC Paris, where a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship was attained.
