Dana Bentley

Dana Bentley, MWC®, has a diverse work experience in the medical writing field. Dana began their career as an Annotation Analyst at UV Labs in 2013 and then worked as a Grant Researcher at Watt Consulting Services in 2014. From 2016 to 2019, Dana worked at Syntactx, where they started as a Medical Writer and later became the Lead Medical Writer. At Syntactx, they took on various responsibilities such as lead writing for scientific manuscripts, conducting literature reviews, performing statistical analyses, and managing a team of junior medical writers. In 2019, they joined ALKU as a Medical Writer and Consultant, and in 2020, they worked at Real Staffing in the same role. Currently, Dana is the Principal Scientific Affairs at Abiomed.

Dana Bentley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Communication from Trinity University, from 2005 to 2009. In December 2018, they obtained the MWC certification from the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).
