Leo Tse

Leo Tse, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Product Development Engineer I at Abiomed since February 2022. Prior to this role, Leo co-founded S3D Precision, collaborating with Tier 1 automotive suppliers on R&D projects focused on dispensing conductive ink materials onto various surfaces to create circuitries. Leo was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan from January 2011 to February 2022, with research concentrating on high-resolution and 3D printing, as well as the design and fabrication of advanced printing systems. Leo holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where academic achievements include a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Additionally, Leo was involved with NSF I-Corps as an Entrepreneur Lead and completed a summer internship at Stryker Instruments in 2011.
