Shelley Bobb

Shelley Bobb, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Shelley has worked as the National VP of Faith Integration at AbleLight, where they supported the faith-life of those served by the ministry. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Formation and Director of Mission Integration at Ascension. Shelley also served as the President of STREAM Health Care Team Development, providing organizational behavior and development services to healthcare and other business organizations. Additionally, Shelley has held various teaching positions as an adjunct instructor in theology, bioethics, church history, and world religions at Marian University of Fond du Lac, Edgewood College, and Wartburg Seminary. Shelley has also worked as a pastor for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, focusing on leadership and cultural development for congregations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a social worker at a residential treatment center and as a placement counselor for Indochina refugees at the American Red Cross.

Shelley Bobb, PhD has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Communication & Organizational Development in Healthcare from Marquette University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Dispute Resolution degree in Dispute Resolution in Healthcare from the same institution. Shelley also has a Master of Sacred Theology degree in Systematic Theology from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg and a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary. Shelley Bobb has a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Rochester. Shelley received their high school diploma from Lane High School in Charlottesville, Virginia. Shelley completed one unit of CPE - Clinical Pastoral Education at Fairview Health Services in Edina, MN. Lastly, they pursued post-graduate studies in Systematic Theology (major) and Church History (minor) at the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
