Matt G. has a diverse work experience. Matt is currently the Head of Data Analytics at Ably since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Red Hat, where they held multiple roles. Matt started as a Junior Reporting Analyst at Netbooster UK in September 2008 and later became a Reporting Analyst there from December 2010 to December 2012. Matt then joined Dentsu Aegis Network in January 2013 as a Senior Reporting/Analytics Manager until January 2015. Matt was later promoted to Head of Support Operations at Dentsu Aegis Network from December 2014 to November 2016. After that, their journey took him to Red Hat, where they served as a Senior Finance Data Analyst / Data Engineer from November 2016 to June 2019. Matt then moved on to become a Data and Infrastructure Finance Manager at Red Hat from July 2019 to April 2021. Matt'snext role at Red Hat was the Senior Data & Analytics Manager from April 2021 to May 2022, and they ended their tenure at Red Hat as the Director Business Planning and Analytics from May 2022 to November 2022.

Matt G. pursued their education starting in 2005 at the University of Chester, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2008. Following this, they enrolled at The Open University in 2016 and completed a Master's degree in Computing with Software Engineering in 2019.
