Mark Lombardi

Mark Lombardi is an experienced recruitment professional with a career spanning several decades in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Ably Resources Ltd since June 2008, Lombardi leads a market-leading recruitment group focused on the Energy, Technical & Engineering, Digital, and Professional Services sectors. Prior to this role, Lombardi was on garden leave following the successful sale of Change Recruitment Group, where a £14M management buyout was achieved in December 2006. As a Director at Change Recruitment Group from June 1995 to December 2006, Lombardi oversaw operations across various divisions. Lombardi's earlier experience includes leadership roles at ASA Recruitment and Hays Accountancy & Finance, specializing in placing professionals in key financial sectors. Lombardi holds a BA in Accountancy from Glasgow Caledonian University and completed education at Fort Augustus Abbey School.
