Gene M. is an experienced facilities management professional with a robust background in engineering and operational oversight. Currently serving as the ABM Critical Facilities Manager for the DMV since May 2024, Gene previously held the position of Director of Engineering/Hard Services at the International Monetary Fund from February 2022 to November 2024. Gene's career also includes significant tenures as Director of Capital Improvement and Engineering at Penzance from April 2017 to April 2021, and VP Engineering Manager at Hines Interest from January 2012 to January 2017, where responsibility included the supervision of over 3 million square feet.
