Henry Ortiz

Henry Ortiz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in building management and engineering. Currently serving as a Boma Certified Chief Engineer at ABM Industries since November 2018, Henry has previously held the same title at Douglas Emmett and Able Services, overseeing significant properties such as the Los Angeles Corporate Center and 2600 Michelson in Irvine. With early experience as a Boma Certified Engineer at Maguire (Properties) Limited and a Steam Engineer at Presbyterian Community Hospital, Henry's career began as a Maintenance Electrician at LAX Hilton and Towers.
