Kyle Vuchak

Kyle Vuchak currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at ABM Industries since June 2024, following a tenure as an Attorney at Jackson Lewis P.C. from January 2023 to June 2024. Prior experience includes positions as General Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Republic Steel from 2018 to 2023, and various roles at the National Labor Relations Board, including Attorney, from 2013 to 2018, and Labor Relations Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Beckmen, Cherkassky, Dean & Associates and as a Law Clerk at Edward L. Gilbert Co. and the National Labor Relations Board. Kyle Vuchak began a military career in the US Army from 2003 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Akron School of Law, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Grove City College and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Additionally, Kyle Vuchak holds an Associate of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
