Stephen Polozie

Stephen Polozie serves as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Lewis Tree Service Inc. since 2015, where responsibilities include providing in-house legal counsel and serving as an executive business partner for a substantial outdoor services company with over 4,000 employees across 29 states. Previously, Polozie held the role of General Counsel and Vice President at The Brickman Group Ltd. LLC (now BrightView) from 2003 to 2013, overseeing legal, risk, and regulatory compliance functions during significant revenue growth. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Jones Day and Attorney at McBride Baker & Coles, focusing on corporate and financial transactions, as well as advising clients in various industries. Early career experience includes working as a financial management analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Stephen Polozie holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McGill University.
