Prakasan Arul

Prakasan Arul has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as AGM at ABM Knowledgeware Ltd since April 2014, with previous roles including Senior Manager, Manager, Team Lead, and HR Executive, focusing on the recruitment life cycle. Prior to this, Prakasan worked as Key Account Manager at TalentBazaar.com from May 2012 to April 2014, managing client and vendor relationships and overseeing team operations related to end-to-end recruitment. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an HR Recruiter at Talent Bazaar Private Limited and a role as a Trainee in HR & Training at Radisson Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram. Prakasan holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2011.
