Arie de Blom

Arie de Blom is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and product control, currently serving as the Head of Accounting and Product Control for ALM/Treasury and Global Markets at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Arie held several key positions at Standard Bank South Africa from January 2009 to September 2020, including Finance Executive and Senior Financial Manager in Global Markets. Arie also has prior experience as a lecturer at Milpark Education and began a career in auditing at Connaughton Miller Smith Inc. Arie holds a B.Compt (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from North-West University.
