Lotte Hendriks van de Weem, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with over two decades in risk management and quantitative analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Credit & Control Mortgages at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since March 2011, Lotte has held various key positions within the company, including Head of Risk Modelling and Agile ALM Grid Owner, focusing on risk frameworks and model development.
