Oana-Florentina Milak

Oana-Florentina Milak, MBA, has extensive experience in financial risk management and reporting across multiple roles in prominent banking institutions. At ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Oana-Florentina serves as the Head of Stress Testing and Recovery and Resolution Planning, after previously holding positions such as Cluster Lead and Senior Product Owner for Financial Risk Data. Oana-Florentina's prior experience at Raiffeisen Bank International AG includes roles as Product Owner/Team Head for Credit and Integrated Risk Reporting and SME Risk Director. Additionally, Oana-Florentina has contributed to Raiffeisen Bank Romania as Team Lead for Workout Methodology and Reporting and as a Corporate and SME Senior Loan Restructuring Analyst. Oana-Florentina holds an MBA in Finance from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and completed an Erasmus Scholarship in Political Studies at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Toulouse, France.
