Jake D Schoenbeck

Jake D Schoenbeck is an accomplished internal audit professional with a robust background in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Plains Commerce Bank since September 2021. Jake has successfully led numerous internal audits across various domains, including Retail Mortgage and Ag/Commercial Lending, and played a key role in completing the Bank’s inaugural FDICIA Audit. Previous experience includes positions at MetaBank, where Jake contributed significantly to the Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Program and operational audits, as well as U.S. Bank, where compliance and treasury audits were conducted. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Università Bocconi.
