Ria Soedhoe

Ria Soedhoe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and information technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Markets & Securities Operations at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since 2007, Ria is responsible for the management of Securities and Global Markets trades, leading a team of approximately 200 onsite staff across two locations. Previous roles within ABN AMRO include Strategic Initiative Lead, where Ria drove consistency within the Future Proof Bank initiative, and Director of Securities Operations, focusing on the end-to-end process of securities transactions. Ria also held senior positions in IT services management, demonstrating expertise in vision, strategy, project control, and vendor governance. Earlier experience includes roles as an ICT consultant and project manager at transavia.com and Transavia Airlines between 1994 and 2007. Ria earned a degree from the University of Amsterdam from 1990 to 1995.
