Simone Betz

Simone Betz is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Flagstar Bank since January 2024. Prior to this role, Simone held the same title at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. starting in September 2009. With a background in HR roles at various financial institutions like HSH Nordbank, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank, Simone has extensive experience in the field. Simone's academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School and participation in HR executive programs at Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Simone also holds a BS in International Business from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
