Thomas Kamps

Thomas Kamps is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on planning, release management, and change management. Currently serving as Manager of Planning & Release Management at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Thomas leads the establishment of a central team to enhance financial crime detection processes. Previously, as a team lead and scrum master, Thomas managed a program dedicated to the reassessment of interest rate derivatives. At Rabobank Apeldoorn en omgeving, Thomas held roles as Council Member and Change Manager, facilitating the implementation of new regulatory requirements and contributing to organizational agility. With a background in project and program management across multiple financial institutions, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
