Carole Cowling

Carole Cowling has extensive experience in human resources management. Carole worked at ABNB Federal Credit Union as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, employee orientation, development, training, and regulatory compliance. Prior to that, they worked at Stihl Incorporated as an Employment Manager, where they managed recruitment, employment, and employee relations for the company's headquarters and regional operations. Carole was responsible for creating and managing various programs and policies to ensure positive employee relations aligned with business objectives.

Carole Cowling completed their education in a chronological order. Carole first attended Tidewater Community College from 1975 to 1977, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Carole then pursued further education at Old Dominion University from 1978 to 1981, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Carole obtained certifications in "Building Resilience" and "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
