Yael Grosboim

Yael Grosboim is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving at ABnet Communication Ltd. since December 2022, Yael manages HR functions for the only authorized distributor in the market for Licensing, Cloud, and Hosting solutions. Prior experience includes a short-term HR Manager role at Gsap, an international consulting firm focused on healthcare, and HRBP/HR Manager at Yenon - Research and Engineering LTD. Yael also held the position of HR Manager at Palgey Maim, a leading company in Israel specializing in water and wastewater systems, and managed HR at Beth-El Industries for over seven years. Academically, Yael holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Mass Media from the University of Haifa.
