Lauren Huynh is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Research Partner at GTMAbnormal AI, Lauren focuses on strategic talent intelligence, business recruiting, and program management. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Twilio, Lauren led a large recruiting team responsible for hiring technical roles during a period of hyper-growth. Prior roles include Global Talent Research Partner at Cloudera and Senior Technical Recruiter, with significant success in sourcing talent in AI/ML and engineering. Lauren began her career as an Executive Recruiting Specialist at Sparrow Company, LLC, managing direct placements and overseeing a team of sourcers.
