Lisa Wallace currently serves as the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Abnormal AI, leading initiatives to attract and develop talent while steering the company's transition to an AI-first organization. With extensive experience in technology and product management, Lisa co-founded Assemble, a compensation management platform that was acquired by Deel, and held prominent roles at Abnormal AI and Expanse, where Lisa was instrumental in growth and executive leadership. Lisa began her career as a staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
