Christopher is responsible for directing Abode Services’ learning and development activities. He oversees the design and implementation of standards-based virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs for the whole agency, ranging from program-specific topics to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) series and more. He partners with the Quality Improvement team, Human Resources, and the senior leadership team to ensure that the value of training and professional development is cultivated among staff, and that training is as connected and relevant to Abode’s daily work as possible.
