Adam Hunia

Adam Hunia, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private capital raising. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lincoln International since August 2010, Adam has a proven track record of evaluating competitive dynamics, strategizing growth opportunities, drafting key financial documents, and fostering strong relationships with management teams across various sectors, including consumer, industrial, and services. Previously, Adam held the position of Associate - Asset Securitization at the Royal Bank of Scotland from November 2005 to August 2008, where responsibilities included leading deal teams and developing complex financial models for asset-backed commercial paper transactions. Early in their career, Adam was a Consultant in Financial Services Advisory at Ernst & Young. Adam holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
