Ki bin Kim

Ki Bin Kim, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Lineage since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ki Bin held the position of Managing Director - US REIT Equity Research at Truist from April 2013 to October 2025, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Equity Analyst for the U.S. market. Additional experience includes mentoring at XRC Ventures from May 2018 to December 2023 and leading the Real Estate Equity Research team at KBW as Senior Vice President in late 2012. Ki Bin also worked as Vice President at Macquarie Group, covering various REIT sectors, and as an analyst at Credit Suisse and JPMorganChase with a focus on REITs. Ki Bin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University, graduating in the Finance Honors Program.
