Mark Joseph Lagatao

Mark Joseph Lagatao is a seasoned technology and management consultant currently serving as AVP - Senior Data Architect at Aboitiz Group since January 2022. With extensive experience in data architecture and machine learning, Mark has held pivotal roles at various organizations, including Globe Telecom and Aboitiz Data Innovation, where responsibilities included designing ML platforms and improving ML model delivery. Mark co-founded the Manila Big Data Tech Group, promoting knowledge dissemination about Big Data technologies in the Philippines. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a BS in Applied Mathematics and an MBA, Mark possesses solid expertise in building high-performance IT teams, leading development efforts across multiple technology domains, and enhancing business strategies through technology.
