Nia C. currently serves as the Employer Brand and Talent Attraction Officer at Aboitiz Group, a well-regarded public holding company in the Philippines, since September 2022. Nia previously held the position of Project Consultant - Employer Brand at City Savings Bank in 2022, where responsibilities included creating an Employer Brand Book and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Asia Select, Inc. from April 2019 to July 2021, and as a Recruitment Intern at the Bank of the Philippine Islands in late 2018. Nia holds a Master of Business Administration with a double concentration in Business Analytics and Financial Technology from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University, complemented by participation in the Global Network Week Program at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
