Karyn Ervin has extensive experience in various leadership roles primarily within the Australian public sector. Karyn is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Aboriginal Hostels Limited. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Inclusion, Leadership, and Culture at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade from December 2021 to May 2023. Before that, Karyn worked as a Director at the Australian Public Service Commission from October 2019 to December 2021.
