Aboriginal People's Television Network Incorporated
Deborah Ann Charles is the Chief Executive Officer of Missinipi Broadcasting Corporation, working with the Board of Directors to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Corporation. She oversees administration, funding, community radio development, research development and human resources functions.
She is a long-standing APTN Board of Director and is an ex-officio APTN Governance Committee Chair.

APTN is the first national Aboriginal television network in the world with programming by, for and about Aboriginal Peoples, to share with all Canadians as well as viewers around the world. APTN is a mandatory service available in over 11 million Canadian households with basic cable, direct-to-home (DTH) or wireless service.
