Michelle He, PhD, CFA has a diverse work experience in banking, consulting, and technology startups. Michelle is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Abound, where they are responsible for developing business plans, product strategy, and operational capabilities. Prior to Abound, Michelle co-founded Render, a technology startup. Michelle also has a background in finance and consulting, having worked as a Director at EY London and held managerial positions at Oliver Wyman and Ernst & Young. Michelle's educational background includes a PhD in machine learning and they have international experience in China, Singapore, UK, and Asia. Michelle started their career as a Financial Analyst at OCBC Bank.
