Jake Clements, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jake is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Abound Health since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at PSI Power & Controls from September 2020 to November 2022.
Before their role at PSI Power & Controls, Jake had a long tenure at Ingersoll Rand where they held various positions. Jake served as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2020 to September 2020, and also worked in roles such as Global FP&A - Working Capital and Strategic Initiatives (July 2018-December 2019), Territory Commercial Controller (June 2017-June 2018), Senior Financial Analyst - Global Operations Finance (July 2015-June 2017), Senior Financial Accountant (July 2013-July 2015), and General Accountant (April 2012-June 2013).
Jake's career started in 2010 at AXA Equitable, where they worked as an Insurance Accounting Specialist from August 2010 to April 2012. Jake also gained experience as a Tax Intern at BDO USA, LLP from January 2009 to April 2009.
Additionally, Jake worked at Hidden Creek Management as a Bookkeeper from April 2008 to December 2008, and served as an Intern at Miller Sherrill Blake CPA PA from May 2008 to July 2008.
Jake Clements, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

Abound Health is a North Carolina Statewide agency that provides a comprehensive array of supports and services to children and adults of all ages, with all types of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Abound was created out of necessity more than 20 years ago when founders Janet and Rusty Presson grew tired of searching for quality services for their young son diagnosed with Autism. They decided to enter the marketplace themselves and thus A Small Miracle born. Much as has changed in that time, but just as importantly, many things have not. Abound remains a place that individuals and families with special needs turn to for high impact services and supports delivered in a nurturing and environment. Since becoming an Aymira company in 2015, Abound Health has also been leading the way in the convergence of EHR technology and specialty care services. Our agency today is largely paperless, and completely data driven. We are embracing the industry’s move towards national initiatives like EVV, HIE, and Value Based Payments.
