Sara Herbert

Sara Herbert possesses extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as Chief of Staff and previously holding multiple roles at Abound Health since September 2018, including Project Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Call Center Manager. Prior to this, Sara worked as Dealer and Consumer Services Manager at Confluence Outdoor from April 2014 to August 2018 and as Guest Experience Supervisor/Application Support Specialist at U.S. National Whitewater Center from May 2009 to April 2014, where responsibilities included managing guest services and mastering sales software. Notable earlier experience includes an internship at The String Bean Fresh Market & Deli and a role as File Clerk at CaroMont Health. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, along with education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
