Margeaux Bucher-Boyles

Margeaux Bucher-Boyles, CSP, is an accomplished Agile Coach and Co-Founder of Pyrotech Industries, Inc. since June 2024. With extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Margeaux has served as an Agile Coach for multiple organizations, including Magnit and Nest, leading agile transformations and coaching engineering teams. In addition to holding a Board Member position at About-Face since January 2018, where Margeaux has contributed as Governance Committee Chair and Board Secretary, notable previous roles include Agile Consultant at Ivalua and Software Development Project Manager at Business Wire. Margeaux's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz, alongside various leadership training programs.
