Francesca Raminella

Francesca Raminella is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at about-face beauty since May 2024, Raminella previously held multiple leadership roles at Beauty by Imagination (BBI) from August 2018 to May 2024, including Chief Executive Officer, Co-CEO, and Executive Leader and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior experience includes serving as EVP Global Professional and Prestige at JD Beauty Group/Wet Brush and President North America at ghd. Raminella also founded Kaaral USA, a company focused on salon beauty products. Earlier in the career, Raminella worked at L'Oreal USA- Matrix as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Francesca Raminella holds a PhD in Philosophy from Sapienza Università di Roma, earned between 1984 and 1989.
