Sisi Yin

Sisi Yin is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry with extensive experience in operations and management. As Co-Founder of about-face beauty since March 2021, Sisi has previously held key positions including Chief Operating Officer at Kosas and Director of Operations at OUAI. Additional experience includes roles at ILIA Beauty, Too Faced Cosmetics, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and Tarte Cosmetics. Sisi holds an MBA in Business Administration from Columbia Business School, a Master of Professional Studies in Global Fashion Management and Luxury Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Economics from Central South University.
