Manon Schroeder

Manon Schroeder is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of People & Organization at ABOUT YOU since June 2025. Prior to this role, Manon acted as the Head of People at Trade Republic from December 2022 to June 2025, overseeing People and Office Management functions while reporting to the CEO. Manon has also led the People & Culture department at Exporo from August 2017 to August 2022 and worked as an HR Business Partner at Sky Deutschland GmbH for a brief period in 2017. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Zalando, including Employer Branding Manager, as well as positions at Airbus Operations GmbH, Tchibo GmbH, and Park Hyatt. Manon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Kiel and completed a consultancy degree in systemic organizational development.
