Martin Williams

Martin Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Martin is currently the President, Chief Innovation Officer, and Co-Founder of Above Food, a regenerative ingredient company. Prior to this, they were a Visiting Professor at CEDIM México. Martin also worked as a Strategic Advisor at Wholly Veggie and as a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Recipe For Tmrw.

Furthermore, Martin held multiple roles at Idea Couture Inc., including SVP/Global Head of Strategy, Global Head of CPG & Retail, Vice President and Global Co-Head of Innovation Strategy, Vice President and Co-Head of Innovation Strategy North America, and Head of Innovation Strategy.

Martin also served as the Managing Director - Canada at Happen, where they led the Canadian business unit, and held positions at Fahrenheit 212 as a Senior Innovation Consultant - Idea Development and as an Innovation Consultant.

In addition, Martin worked at iToys Inc. as the Director of Innovation, Design, and Product Development, and at Spinmaster as a Brand Manager. Martin started their career as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Colab Innovation Studio, a food and beverage innovation consultancy.

Martin Williams attended OCAD University where they studied Industrial Design. Additionally, they also pursued a degree in Visual Foundation Studies with a focus on Visual Art at the same university. However, no specific start or end years were provided for either program.
