Olga Gusikhina

Olga Gusikhina has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. In 2008, they began their career as a Senior Fund Accountant at J.P. Morgan. In 2013, they moved to Arctic Sand Technologies, Inc. where they held the roles of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office and Recruiting Manager. In 2017, they joined Ultivue, Inc. as HR and Administration Manager, and also worked as Office Manager at Peregrine Semiconductor. In 2019, they worked as Human Resources Manager at Q-State Biosciences and as a consultant for Early Stage Companies, Recruiting, Operations, IT Project Management, Accounting, and Facilities. Olga is currently employed as Human Resources Office Manager at Abpro.

Olga Gusikhina obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from the National Research University Higher School of Economics between 1998 and 2002. Olga then went on to earn their Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Commerce between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they obtained a Human Resources Certificate from the Associated Industries of Massachusetts in June 2016, a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2017, and a Notary Public from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in June 2021.
