Cary Varn possesses extensive experience in human resources and strategic business partnership within the automotive industry. Varn has served as VP, Strategic Business Partner at Caliber Collision since April 2019 and previously held the role of VP/HR Business Partner at ABRA Auto Body & Glass since October 2014. From October 2001 to June 2014, Varn was the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Sterling Autobody. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Director at Allstate (2000-2001) and CNA Insurance (1984-2000).
