Yassmen Yehia has over eight years of experience in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as a Call Center Team Leader at Abraj Misr since April 2015, Yassmen is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing information on company projects, and evaluating service quality through call assessments.
