Paulo Sardinha

Paulo Sardinha currently serves as Presidente da Diretoria Executiva at ABRH-Brasil since 2019, following a tenure as Presidente da Diretoria Executiva at ABRH-RJ from 2013 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Paulo Sardinha held the position of Diretor de Recursos Humanos at Safran Helicopter Engines from 2004 to 2016, and Gerente Geral de Recursos Humanos at Linde Gas from 2000 to 2003. Initial career experience includes a long-term role as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Xerox from 1982 to 1999. Paulo Sardinha earned a degree in Psychology from Universidade Gama Filho between 1978 and 1983.
