Elliot Watts has worked in various roles in the housing industry, gaining experience in community coordination, rent recovery and change management. Currently serving as the Senior Business Design & Readiness Manager at Abri Group, Elliot leads the Change Team in delivering change management in multiple projects. Prior to this role, Elliot worked as a Community Coordinator at Yarlington Housing Group, where daily visits to customers for various reasons provided a diverse range of experiences. Elliot's career journey started as an apprentice, developing strong working relationships across different departments.
