Marcelle Pena

Marcelle Pena is a seasoned professional in design, strategy, and innovation with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Global Exchange Fellow at Urban Design Forum since August 2024, Marcelle focuses on addressing affordable housing crises through comparative research and stakeholder engagement. Holding the position of AVP, Design, Strategy and Innovation at Women In Need, Inc. since November 2022, responsibilities include designing for social innovation and strategic advisory. Previous roles span senior and managerial positions at ADG, Atheneum, FTD Educação, FHI 360, CAIXA CRESCER, GBI, and Guizzetti & Associates, demonstrating a strong background in market research, strategy development, and product design. Marcelle holds a Master of International Business & Strategy from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas, along with further education in Graphic and Digital Design.
