Customer Relations Quality Officer at Abri Group

Zoe Strong is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer relations, training, and quality assurance within the property sector at Abri Group since January 2020. In the role of Customer Relations Quality Officer and Programmes Training and Quality Officer, Zoe has successfully trained over 70 colleagues on the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme and developed comprehensive training resources. Previous positions include Programmes Officer where Zoe managed the Government Help to Buy scheme with a focus on accuracy, legal documentation, and stakeholder communication. In addition to corporate roles, Zoe serves as a volunteer PADI Divemaster and has leadership experience with Youth Options, fostering personal development for young individuals. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth and A Levels in Biology, Maths, and Chemistry from Barton Peveril College.
