Kaitlyn Hudson is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in various consultancy and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Talent Consultant at Abridge since May 2024 and as a Consultant & Educator at Workflow since August 2023, Kaitlyn focuses on enhancing hiring processes and organizational alignment for tech companies. In addition, Kaitlyn holds the position of Fractional Head of People & Talent at YayTeam, where support is provided to early-stage startups in creating efficient employee experiences. Previously, Kaitlyn was the Head of People & Talent at PrimeGov, promoting government-community connections, and served as a People Partner at CampusLogic. Early career experience includes roles in Talent Pipeline Programs and Talent Operations at Southwest Airlines, managing talent acquisition metrics and onboarding processes. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Chapman University.
