Kimberly Kutt

Kimberly Kutt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and fitness instruction. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at Abridge since April 2024, Kimberly is focused on building a top-tier support team and optimizing processes for exceptional customer experiences. In addition, Kimberly has been a Group Fitness Instructor at CorePower Yoga since July 2019, empowering students in a supportive and inclusive environment. Previous roles include Senior Manager at CCRM Fertility, where operational strategies improved customer satisfaction significantly, and Program Manager at Alto Pharmacy, where Kimberly established a Third-Party teamlet and launched new offerings in fertility care. With a background in customer support at Veritone and Craftsy, Kimberly has consistently advocated for customer needs and driven operational improvements. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from the University of Northern Colorado and received training in Improv Comedy from Upright Citizen's Brigade.
