Tina Shah, MD, MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Tina currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Abridge. Tina previously worked as a Principal at TNT Health Enterprises, where they specialized in workforce consulting. Tina has also served as a Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician at RWJBarnabas Health. In addition, Tina has been involved in various advisory and leadership roles, including being a Board Member at the White House Fellows Foundation, a Member of the Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience at the National Academy of Medicine, and a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Tina has also contributed to the field through their work as a Faculty member at IHI and as a Medical Director at Wellstar Health System. Tina Shah MD MPH completed their education at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where they attained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree. Tina also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Penn State University. Dr. Shah obtained their medical degree (M.D.) from Jefferson Health and pursued an Internal Medicine Residency Program at the same institution. Furthermore, they completed a research fellowship in implementation science and a clinical fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at the University of Chicago.
