Susan McCormick-Agee

Susan McCormick-Agee is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at Unbridled Living since October 2025. Previously held positions include VP of Health and Wellness at Volante Senior Living and Experience Senior Living, as well as Vice President of Clinical at Phoenix Senior Living. Prior to these roles, Susan worked as the National Director at Five Star Senior Living and spent over 16 years at Sunrise Senior Living, where roles included Vice President of Care, Regional Director of Care, and Director of Care Support and Training. Additionally, Susan served as a Business Development Manager at VNA of Cleveland. Susan holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Helene Fuld School of Nursing, awarded between 1987 and 1989.
