Elodie Mouton

Elodie Mouton has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Responsable RH and Responsable paie at Abrisud since September 2017. Prior to this role, Elodie worked as Gestionnaire Paie et gestion administrative chantiers at GEA, overseeing payroll preparation, social charges establishment, and administrative management of construction sites. Elodie’s career also includes a significant tenure at Groupe VALGO, where responsibilities included HR management for a holding with 200 employees across multiple sites, focusing on payroll, legal compliance, training budgets, and recruitment. Early roles involved payroll management at Aeroconseil, Syngenta, Ansamble, and T-SYSTEMS EUROPE. Elodie holds a degree as RNCP Responsable Ressources Humaines, a Licence in Labour Law and Social Protection from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a DUT in Business Management with an HR option from IUT Paul Sabatier Toulouse.
